To balance the winging and moaning I've been doing about corporate employment, I thought, to shift my energy today, it might be worth listing people who serve as my role models for full time self employment.
These successful people share values and work ethics I hold dear. So chances are, if you're reading my blog and find this topic interesting, these folks might be good connections for you, too.
Wow! I can't believe how easy this exercise was. I have managed to attract some amazing, creative people into my circle.
Note: this list may not be complete. I will add to it as names occur to me.

Dear Ann,
I'm honored to be on this list! Self-employment is not an easy road to travel; successful self-employment even less so.
I'm so very happy to "see" you again. I know that very soon you will make the decisions which will propel you in the direction you're intended to travel.
Just like you, I have also attracted some amazing people into my circle ... and you're on my list! It's a pleasure knowing you and working with you, in several capacities.
As cliche' as it sounds, The World is Yours for the Taking ... So tell us, Ann, what do you want?
Kind regards,
Lori
P/S: A favor? Please add the missing "s" to my company name ... ;-).

I really appreciate your candor, authenticity, sensitivity and artistry, and I can hardly wait to taste that yummy Vermont Shortbread! I love the colorful peek at your commercial kitchen...mmm!!!
