It has come to my attention that one of my customers received a Valentine's Day package of shortbread hearts from Vermont Shortbread Company and the cello wrap was broken with the hearts spilled into the bottom of the box. She assured me that the hearts were delicious, but I was disappointed.
This is not the way it's supposed to be.
Now, there's no accounting for rough handling by the USPS and hopefully this was a fluke, but just in case, I'm letting customers know that we had some broken cello wrap (no broken hearts, ha-ha) and that does not make me happy.
Please let me know at jsaz@gmavt.net if you have experienced something similar. We aim to please and will remedy the situation post haste if something was not right with your shortbread.
Here at VSC, we're always trying new things. Sometimes they work well, sometimes not. But one thing remains constant. If your shortbread arrived mangled, we are not happy and we will fix the situation. That's why we've been in business 10 years and most of our business is repeat customers who are loyal because they know we care about our customers' happiness!
