My BNI (Business Network International) chapter has begun a weekly coffee service. Once a month, on the first Wednesday of each month, we will also have food...yes, shortbread!
The VBDA (Vermont Business Development Association), my BNI chapter, meets each Wednesday at 7:30 a.m. at the ECHO Center on Burlington's waterfront. Meetngs last until 9, with plenty of time for networking and education. The first shortbread appearance will be on Feb. 7.
This is a great opportunity for both my chapter and my business. I will have the opportunity to feed my product to potential buyers, to experiment with new flavors and products, and the VBDA will hopefully attract many new guests. This week I'll be bringing my Valentine's Day shortbread heart bites so members can have a free taste and place their orders.
