My vote is: BIG BORE!
I just don't get it. Call me anti-American, call me weird...I also don't get Disney World. Too much stimulation.
However, if I got invited to a Super Bowl party with good food and drink, I'd consider it. The food would have to be compelling and I'd be the clueless person blabbering about politics during the exciting parts of the game with everyone ignoring me because they're too busy shouting at their team (what teams are playing, anyway?).
Yeah, you probably don't want me at your Super Bowl party. I'll be happy to contribute some beer and shortbread, though.
Oh wait, I don't think shortbread is a Super Bowl food. How 'bout just beer?
Raising a frosty mug to my Super Bowl friends. I've got a very exciting knitting project to keep me busy tonight and some entrepreneurial ideas to bring to fruition.
Remember, Super Bowl and shortbread have the same initials (SB). I think that's hilarious. Enjoy your SB party! I'll be enjoying my own "SB" copywriting and marketing party...and knitting up a storm.
Love, your dorky, stream-of-consciousness-blog-writing friend,
Ann

I have to admit, I enjoy superbowl parties even though I care little about football. A few years I even paid attention to the game! ;) The one I'm going to later there will probably be a fire crackling, lots of kids running around, and plenty of yummy food (deli sandwiches, sausage and peppers, that sort of thing). Who knows, maybe I'll win some money or something...

We are not American football fans, so we celebrated the SB by having a quiet cuppa tea in front of the fire last night - Now, if we had been having VSC-SB, it would have been the perfect evening!

Well, I personally love the superbowl. To me it's a time hang out with family and friends and party. Maybe even win a lil money. We always have pizza, snacks, etc. Just like a tail gate party but at home and cheaper in my opinion. Now yall have fun and do what you like to do.
