Ahh, the tantalizing aroma of Ann's home-baked shortbread. Crumbly, chewy, with a hint of your favorite flavor spread thinly between two layers of buttery-rich crust. Place your order at our website and we'll box up and mail you a fresh one in no time.

The Hen House!? This must be where Copy Chicks go when they turn 35. I'd better get over there! Send me the video (like I have to say this.)

Ann,

I enjoyed your presentation at the VVN, but even more, I absolutely loved the shortbread. I must admit I was a little concerned when you described your recipe as producing a "more chewy" shortbread, since I am a purist when it comes to shortbread.

No worry, the shortbread was exceptional and I would say that the slightly chewier (it is slightly) actually enhances the "shortbread experience". I hate to say it, but I consumed the entire shortbread "disc" in my office over a two day period, then spent extra time in the gym to make up for it.

Simply wonderful!!!!

We have my mother's 90th birthday coming up and I will be sending you a re-order in the next two weeks.

best regards,

RB
